A former Hicks from the South to Southern California. Orange County is home but Nashville has a big piece of my heart. Wife of 8 years to the best addition of my life, followed by the second best additions, our 2 girls. What's good about me is God, what's good in my life is His. I love Jesus, family, music, sugar and running so I can enjoy the latter.
I believe we were meant to do more than survive, that God supplied each one of us with gifts intended for use. Gifts to help us live and give something unique to the world. Something that shows how God loves us and longs for our good. He's the remedy for pain and the reason for joy. The hope we need and the love we seek. If any part of my story can make that known, that's reason enough to write. I hope you read something that blesses your heart. I hope you are pointed to God's.
